It's never been easier or safer to pay online, however if you prefer to send a cheque, this will add a little time to your order for payment clearance. If this is your preference we will notify you when the cheque is received and provide an estimated clearance time.
For customised orders with a lead time, we are very happy to discuss deposits and balance settlements on a case by case basis.
We are not VAT Registered yet: Our prices do not include VAT, nor is any VAT to be added!

We manage our order book and customer expectation by modifying lead times on our shipping profiles. Despatch times are stated clearly at point of order. Having said that, we strive to produce items quickly to our high standards, and aim to despatch early.
If you have your own deadline you're working to (last minute again?!) let us know and we will be totally honest with you. We want the order but will not risk letting you down.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it.
This is in accordance with the distance selling regulations, known as the Consumer Contracts Regulation from July 2014.
Customised products are exempt from this regulation and cannot be returned. However we will accept a cancellation before production has started.
